Why Choose the Fly Abyss Blue?

This 7’ 6” 10 WT rod stands as a testament to thoughtful design with more power in the lower section with uncompromising quality. Its combination of lightness, strength, and corrosion resistance makes it indispensable for anglers who fish hard—walking sandy beaches, threading casts through mangroves, or exploring new water in search of the next trophy catch. Experience heavy weight power and versatile performance with every cast. Word from the field is that this rod is catching double digit Black Bass, Striped Bass, White Bass, Snook, Tarpon, and Redfish with power to push through windy conditions for distance and accuracy. This 10 WT rod has also been instrumental in winching out the biggest bass from heavy timber and lily pad fields. This heavy fly rod can handle casting 6” - 12” wet flies with precision.

Special Note: Mudfish Rods are handcrafted one at a time. No two rods are exactly alike.
