All Sales Are Final
Once an order for a custom fishing rod is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Product Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in delivering high-quality custom fishing rods. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for review. Defects caused by improper use, handling, or maintenance are not covered.

No Returns on Damaged Items
Returns will not be accepted for fishing rods that have been broken, damaged, or modified by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle and use the product appropriately.

Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of their custom fishing rod. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs for a replacement.
