Capt. Scooby reporting that Bass are eating Bunnies.  This is Ron’s trick to put Bass in the boat. Beautiful Toledo Bend Lake Texas is still producing Spawning Bass in shallow water. Water temps running around 62-68 depending on chilly mornings with warming afternoons. Fly liners are casting Clousers, streamers, and YES Top Water Poppers.  These flies are all working in the Backcountry.  Mainly staying in 1-5’ depths in Small ditches, Cypress Trees, Stumps and laying Logs.  You get the picture.  Just get out on the water!
