Capt. Scooby reporting in that Alex Bishop at 14 yrs old just landed a new youth Fly Rod record (Mirror Carp)!  The carp weighed in at 14.1 lbs and was caught on a simple Mudfish #12 Bean fly on a 10 WT Short Flyer Fly Rod… with Orvis floating line on Toledo Bend Lake, Texas.   MONSTA… released at Six Mile Bridge!!
